Some jobs are best done at your facility, on the ramp, or in your hangar. We undertake off-site work for special reasons: components that are difficult to ship, pre-work inspections before committing to overhaul, removal/installation assistance, or rapid defect confirmation to get you flying again. It fits the way we already support customers wherever they need us.

Typical Scenarios We Support:

  • Oversize or hard-to-move components (inspection of large structures)
  • Pre-work inspections to scope cost, parts, and downtime before removal
  • Acceptance/ storage or preservation checks
  • Pre-buy/end-of-lease reviews and operator audits
  • Packaging, preservation and safe transport planning for shop overhaul
  • Airframe peening requirements.
  • Follow-on – If bench testing/overhaul is required, we handle removal, preservation, and logistics back to ACS.

(Certain tasks must be completed in controlled shop conditions; off-site scope is always limited to what technical data, approvals and the environment allow.)

How We Work (On Your Site):

  1. Plan – We agree scope, access, permits/inductions, and RAMS.
  2. Mobilise – Calibrated tools, ESD control, consumables, and cleanliness/Skydrol® controls as applicable.
  3. Execute – Carry out agreed inspections/tests, protect the asset, and minimise disruption.
  4. Report – Deliver a concise inspection pack with recommendations and price/time options.
